Michael Gago, Chief Lending and Operations Officer, has an extensive background in various aspects of consumer, residential, wholesale, and commercial lending; financial management; asset management; and financial analysis.
As Chief Lending and Operations Officer, he develops and implements products and services for Commercial, Residential, and Retail Lending and maximizes portfolio growth through effective planning, development, and implementation of lending strategies.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bryant University and an MS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Bentley University.

Timothy Souza has over 17 years of lending experience. Tim enjoys being able to find the best financial solution for the member whether it is buying a home, refinancing, or helping someone put their finances in place. It is a great feeling for him to know that he impacted someone’s life in a positive way.
Tim has a bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State University. He is also heavily involved in his community, both where he lives and where he works. He coaches his son’s baseball team in the Freetown Lakeville Athletic Association and is an active member of Junior Achievement as a Titan Challenge Business Mentor. He also is an active affiliate member of the Realtor Association of Southeastern Massachusetts, One SouthCoast Chamber of Commerce, and the Southeastern Massachusetts Business Network and participates in the Credit for Life initiative program at most high schools in the Southcoast.
Tim lives in Lakeville, MA, with his wife Stephanie and two sons, Liam and Nolan. He enjoys spending time with his family at home and working on do-it-yourself home projects. Tim is also a classic automobile enthusiast and a huge baseball fan. During game time for the Red Sox, he can be found cheering for his hometown team either at home or at Fenway.
