To sign up for Online Banking, click “Account Login” above, then click on Enroll. Enter your member number as the Account Number, your Social Security number, and your Date of Birth. Click on Continue and follow the prompts to create a username and password.

Members who have signed up for Online Banking can access Mobile Banking by downloading the app. You can use the same login credentials as Online Banking. Members must first sign up for Online Banking before accessing the mobile app.

Telephone Banking

Telephone Banking

Access your account information 24/7 on any touch-tone telephone.

  • Check account balances, deposits, and withdrawals
  • Transfer funds to and from your Alltrust accounts2
  • Make Alltrust loan payments

To access Telephone Banking, Alltrust members can enter their member number and the last 4 digits of their social security number. Just dial 800.770.7689 (within 508/617/781/978 area codes) or 508.999.0904 and follow the easy step-by-step instructions.

Text Banking

With Text Banking, you can access your accounts by texting on your mobile phone. The Alltrust Text Banking number is 508.928.4291.

To sign up for Text Banking, simply enter your mobile number within Online Banking. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Online Banking by using the “Account Login” link at the top of the page.
  2. Once you’ve signed into Online Banking, select “More” from the top menu bar.
  3. From the “More” menu, select “Text Banking”.
  4. Use the “Add Phone Number” button in the top, right corner to add your mobile phone number.

That’s it. You can now start using Text Banking!

How does Text Banking work? Well, you send short questions to the Alltrust Text Banking number about your account. See below for some the questions you can text to 508.928.4291.

If you want to know the Credit Union’s Routing Number (also known as ABA number), text one of these:

  • What’s your routing number?
  • I need a routing number.

 

Looking for one of our branches?

If you forgot your online banking password, simply text one of the following:

  • I need to reset my password.
  • I forgot my password.

If you’d like a list of all your accounts (shares and loans), then text the following:

  • List all of my accounts.

 

If you want to see a list of all your shares (deposits), text one of the following:

  • List my shares.
  • What are all the shares on my account?

 

If you want to see your available balance for all or specific shares and loans, try one of these:

  • How much money do I have?
  • What’s my balance?
  • How much money do I have in my savings account?

 

Or, if you’re looking for your current balance for all or specific shares and loans, try one of these:

  • What are my current balances?
  • What is the current balance of my checking account?

 

Text Banking can also provide a list of transactions:

  • List my recent transactions.
  • What were the last few transactions in my checking account?
  • What were my transactions in my checking since February 2022?

 

You can transfer money between shares and loans:

  • Transfer $20 from my Checking to my Savings.
  • Transfer $20 from my Checking to my Savings tomorrow and every day.

 

And you can schedule a recurring transfer:

  • Transfer $1  from checking to savings tomorrow and every day until this time next year.

 

Do you need some information on checks? Try one of these:

  • I wrote a check with number 123. Has it hit my account?
  • List all of my checks for $100.
  • What are the recent cleared checks?
  • Has a check cleared for $123.45?
  • Has check # 123 cleared?

If you’d like a list of all your accounts (shares and loans), then text the following:

  • List all of my accounts.

 

If you want to see a list of your loans, text one of the following:

  • List my loans.
  • What are all of the loans on my account?

 

If you want to see your available balance for all or specific shares and loans, try one of these:

  • How much money do I have?
  • What’s my balance?
  • How much money do I have in my savings account?

 

Or, if you’re looking for your current balance for all or specific shares and loans, try one of these:

  • What are my current balances?
  • What is the current balance of my auto loan?

 

If you want to know the due dates for loans, simply text:

  • When are my loans due?

 

Are you interested in applying for a loan? Texting one of these questions provides instructions for applying for a loan:

  • How do I apply for a loan?
  • I need to apply for a loan.
  • I need a loan.
